The Virginia DCJS 44I Bail Enforcement Agent In-Service course is the mandatory continuing education required for all registered Bail Enforcement Agents (BEAs) in the Commonwealth. To maintain your registration and legal authority to apprehend fugitives, you must complete this retraining every two years.
