Founded by Orey Redcross, ESC operates under Virginia DCJS certifications, delivering state-certified training, advanced technology integration, and professional security services across Virginia, Washington D.C., California, the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, and Texas.
With two dynamic divisions—Elite Safety Academy and Elite Tactical Security Solutions—ESC provides a complete safety and security ecosystem that prepares individuals for success in today’s evolving security and technology industries. Our programs combine traditional security training with cutting-edge cybersecurity, AI robotics, and digital threat management—empowering the next generation of security professionals, particularly women and underrepresented groups, to thrive in high-demand technical fields.
